Another fabulous recipe from
Baking by Dorie Greenspan. The recipe calls for honey-roasted peanuts, mixed with the caramel. I chose pecans, since I like them better. Since the recipe calls for bittersweet chocolate in the ganache, it is rich but not overly sweet.
