Talapia Ceviche
In summertime, one of the most refreshing meals is ceviche. A crunchy tostada, topped with lime soaked fish, spicy salsa/pico de gallo, and creamy avocado. What could be better on a hot summer day? But of course, the obvious, to accompany it with a very cold beer!
12 oz. pkg. Guerrero Tostadas
1/2 lb. Talapia, sliced thin and cut into small pieces
4-5 limes, juiced
Soak cut fish in lime juice in non reactive bowl in fridge for 30 min.
Top tostada with fish.
Top with salsa or fresh made pico de gallo(chopped tomatoes, jalapeno, onion, cilantro, dash of salt)
sliced avocado
