Austrian Baked Vanilla Souffle with Raspberry Sauce - Salzburger Nockerl mit Himbeersauce


Salzburg, Austria, is full of surprises!  Stopping in at Sternbrau for a bite of lunch and
to warm up a bit, this delightful dessert was found on the menu. 
Large enough for four people to enjoy, each bite was a heavenly
mouth full of delicately whipped egg white, browned and dusted with powdered
sugar, and served with raspberry sauce.  Quite incredible!

My Palate is awakening to a whole array of new delights!
