Pain De Campagne

Rustic or Artisanal bread, especially a loaf like this
goes well with whatever you are serving.
On a cold evening it is great with soup, or sliced it is 
wonderful for a sandwich or toast.

The interior is soft and chewy, with a complex
flavor that comes from the levain.
