Fried Calamari with Grilled Lemon

Really this is all about the glass of 
Sauvignon Blanc in the photo, that I am waiting 
to drink!  
I have fallen in love with New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc!
Yes, it is light, but it has some of the most wonderful 
flavors that pair with seafood. 
Melon, Cucumber, grassy herbs, all pair
so well with something like this lovely 
fried calamari.
