Central Osaga Merino Lamb Rump,
served with brussel sprouts, snow peas and green sauce.
Pegasus Bay Winery Restaurant had so many
outstanding dishes to choose from, it was difficult
to make a choice. However, when in New Zealand,
you can't go wrong with any lamb dish, and this
one was fabulous.
Paired with the Chef's recommendation of the
Estate Pinot Noir 2014,
you can be assured this lunch was delightful!
