The presentation of this dish was just beautiful!
A giant scallop shell forms the base of this dish.
These scallops are small, similar to our bay scallops, but
extremely flavor and fresh.
Resting on corn hotcakes with macadamia crumb, in a
pernod cream sauce.
It is a favorite dish of the locals at Eggsentric Cafe in
Ferrylanding, Coromandel, NZ.
