Sourdough English Muffins

Cool on racks once they come off the griddle.

Rising on parchment and cornmeal.

I used a large electric griddle.  They continue to 
puff up when heated, just like pancakes would.

Toasted with lots of butter and ready for 
a dollop of jam or marmalade.
